Q. How do I register for NABC2011? Do I need to register before I book a hotel?
A. Please use our on-line Registration website www.nabc2011.net for registration. Alternatively,
you may register by mail by sending your completed Registration Form to the address provided in
the Form. Blank Registration Forms can be downloaded from the aforementioned NABC2011 website.
You need to be registered and your full registration fee has to be paid (and confirmed) before you can
book a hotel room at the NABC 2011 negotiated special rates. Once your full payment is confirmed,
you will be issued a Confirmation Number, which will be needed for hotel booking.
Q. How to make registration Payment thru Paypal when registration is already done?
A. Please Visit http://nabc2011.net/https://www.nabc2011.net/checkregstatus.html and login using your NABC-ID and email address
and select your Category type as either Standard or Benefactor or Donor etc.
Click SUBMIT.
On next Page click MODIFY.
On next page click PROCEED TO NEXT STEP.
On next page click PAYPAL.
You can make the payment now using your credit card.
Q. What is the Check Mailing Address?
A. NABC 2011, PO Box 0130, Glenelg, MD 21737-0130.
Q. I have registered but I did not receive my Convention tickets yet. When will they arrive?
A. We will not be mailing any tickets for NABC2011. Your complete registration package will be ready for
pick up at the Registration Booth when you arrive at Baltimore Convention Center. On arrival, please
first head towards the Registration Booth.
Q. I want to change my registration. How can I make changes?
A. We encourage you to use the “Change Registration” page under our on-line registration website. Please
log-in using your registration number. The on-line website is designed to be interactive and you can make
changes in all kinds of registration information.
Q. I am realizing that I will not be able to attend the conference any more. Can I cancel my
NABC2011 registration?
A. As per previously stated NABC 2011 policy, refund requests were honored till April 2nd, 2011. No refunds requests are being accepted after April 2nd, 2011.
Q. Can I just walk-in and register?
A. Yes.

Also select your registration category like standard or benefactor etc
Click SUBMIT.
On next Page click CLICK HERE FOR RESERVATION.
On next page you can reserve your hotel rooms now using your credit card.
Note that your Credit Card will not be charged by the Hotel till the day of the event.
Q. Which hotels are available for public booking and what are the rates?

Q. Where are the hotels located? Where I can find a map showing the hotels?

Q. Which hotels are attached to the Baltimore Convention Center?

Q. Will there be any shuttle van to and from the hotels not connected to the Baltimore Convention
Center?

Q. Where do I find the schedule of events?

Q. Is there any parking at the Baltimore Convention Center? What are the parking rates?

Q. Will there be any baby-sitting available at the Baltimore Convention Center?
A. We are working on this issue.
Q. Can I buy food outside the Baltimore Convention Center food stalls?
A. There are a number of restaurants and a food court in the vicinity within walking distance.
Q. What are the start time and end time for the NABC Conference?
A. NABC 2011 starts at 5:00 pm on Friday , 1st July, 2011 (Opening Ceremony), and ends at 10:00 pm Sunday, 3rd July, 2011. |
